Shipping Coverage
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Pierced earrings for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item at our facility. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Important Notes
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
