Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- The refund or replacement is only applicable for the defective product with unboxing video.
- Additional shipping charge will be applicable for all exchanges.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, tags, and any complimentary items.
For hygiene and quality reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewelry
Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged or incorrect).
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Veviz is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images or videos of the item and packaging.
- Our team will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
